Harischandra was tired working night and day. Beacause half of his people were sick and were in their beds or under the grave.It was a bad time.People were affected by some mysterious disease and were passing away.As per the custom, the harischandra had to attend them at the death bed to pray god for them so that they would die peacefully and their souls would go to heaven.
Oneday Harischandra returned tied.It was month hour of the evening,he was trying to take rest and sleep.In the mean time a poorman sent for him for he had a sick patient.Harischandra got irritated and said that he had no rest,no sleep, no food?"iam completely tired, so i can't go at this time, and i will sleep peacefully.
The man returned hopelessly.Harischandra knelt down and prayed to god "o God, please forgive me",my body did not let me to reach poor man's home,i was completely
tired",then he awaken his house, and ran towards the poor man's home.
Harishchandra had arrived the sickman's door.The sickman's wife was
shocked.Harischandra asked - sickman was dead?She said "yes father after you have returned,he had gone like a happy bird.Now harischandra remained thoughtful ,he had fallen asleep,at this time,who came to attend the sickman in his guise?
Now harishchandra reached at the conclusion that God had sent of his angles to attend the sickman as he was tired and sleep.God is kind and merciful to his fellow beings.He is merciful to the smallest things who was asleep on the chair neglecting his duty.God is the known of all.
