I experienced the sports is the foundation of building healthy life, and playing on the body and mind, making the curve of peace life.It really helpful when we ran on a disappointment,we go through anxiety, failures,worriness, it helps you to on the race, and moving on the race, when we putting commitment on ourselves,it gets forbidden, we are really going through insecure, and sit, and letting our brain to move through past , we understand our mind capabilities that which once taking perception of unknown, and confusion,it really put ourselves with creating the drama, presenting the stuff "why i don't get it if sam Curran can? Why i will not be awarded if amitabh bachan could? And also the comparison of our friends, relatives who achieved accomplished success,we are comparing ourselves, and concluded that we are not born for it.

When this form circle of life starts on our life, we are going towards a point to not born again, and not get there again in world.In this time when we don't do any activities, then our body stucked on our past memories which repetitivly goes on,our brain stops to develop new ideas,new startegy, and left no inspiration.We have gutted in this circumstances,we are looking for immediate progress but it doesn't happen,we couldn't guarantee the whole of life what's going on or not.So it's fantastic approach to get out of those challenges keeping our body and mind racing on momentum,by regularly playing sports, physical exercises which you love, such as running, long jump, cricket, badminton, cricket,volley.

Those sports are really effective for making the day proactive.After that you could pursue your passion with channelizing your energy your loving hobbies,profession, hobbies are dreams, and profession is where you want to take your career with in.
